The single produced by Nima Skeem, is a two minute and thirty nine second long single that talks about taking care of yourself while still being a catchy song to bump in any situation.

Peaceful Pinder by now is well known on the east and west coast for his lyrics. He perpetuates this notoriety in “Self Care” as he talks about real issues. One of the points the Seattle native touches on is the distraction people face on a daily basis, especially when it comes to social media.
